Coach John Rauseo
President, AllAmericanSpeed, Inc.

Coach Rauseo is a Physical Education teacher in Longmeadow where he also serves as an assistant football coach and as the head boy's lacrosse coach. As an assistant with the football team Coach Rauseo has been part of two Super Bowls and one undefeated season. Coach Rauseo has enjoyed success on the lacrosse field as well. Coach Rauseo has won a Western Massachusetts Lacrosse Championship and has been a finalist the last three years. U.S. Lacrosse has also named Coach Rauseo Coach of the Year in 2001 and 2002. Previously Coach Rauseo was an assistant football coach at Springfield College.

Coach John Derosia
Director of the Wilbraham Site

Coach Derosia is currently a teacher at Minnechaug Regional High School in Wilbraham where he coaches running backs and defensive line for the Division I Super Bowl runner-up football team. He also coaches boy?s ice hockey and boy?s lacrosse. Coach Derosia previously coached lacrosse at Middlebury Union High School in Vermont, which has won 5 of the last 8 Vermont State Championships. Coach Derosia has spent the previous four summers working with AllAmericanSpeed.

Coach Matt Sullivan

Coach Sullivan has been working with AllAmericanSpeed for the past three years. Coach Sullivan was also a three year starter on the Springfield college football team where he served as an offensive lineman. Coach Sullivan is a Physical Education teacher with the Lower Pioneer Valley Educational Collaborative. He also is an assistant football coach at Western New England College and an assistant track coach at East Longmeadow High School.

Coach Erin Caprara

Coach Caprara is a Physical Education teacher in Longmeadow. Coach Caprara is in her first season as the head coach of the Longmeadow girl?s soccer team. Under her guidance the team entered their first postseason in three years and won the Western Massachusetts Championship.

Coach John Martin

Coach Martin is a Health Education teacher at East Longmeadow High School where he also serves as an assistant football coach. Coach Martin is also President of Positive Solutions, which provides motivational speaking and leadership training for adolescents and their families.


Coach Rob Baroni

Coach Baroni is currently a Physical Education teacher at Minnechaug High School. He also serves as an assistant football coach at Springfield College and as the JV softball coach at Minnechaug High School. Coach Baroni previously spent one year at Hobart College as an assistant football coach. He attended Springfield College where he was a 3-year starter at Wide Receiver for the nationally ranked football team.
