Over the past four years AllAmericanSpeed has proven itself to be one of Western Massachusetts' finest speed enhancement and conditioning camps. Our performance enhancement programs are focused on making high school athletes faster, more competitive and prepared for the up coming sport season. Currently, camps are located in Longmeadow and Wilbraham. Camps are based on an intense eight-week program, which are run in the winter and summer. We have trained over 400 high school athletes, many have gone on to compete at the next level, and some have even become ALL-AMERICANS. ALLAMERICANSPEED MISSION STATEMENT

The Mission of AllAmericanSpeed, Inc. is to help high school athletes enhance their personal performance and gain the upper hand on their competition. This program has been designed to teach proper running form and speed enhancement techniques. The athletes will learn agility and plyometric drills that will improve their speed and make them more explosive. One of the strongest attributes of the AllAmericanSpeed program is that it will teach each athlete to be committed and disciplined. This program is recommended for high school girls and boys who are willing to work harder than they have, ever before.

If you want to gain an advantage on your opponents, this camp is for you. You can increase your vertical jump, agility and speed. It is all up to you. Are you willing to do what it takes to become an ALL-AMERICAN?
